Insight-oriented work that increases self-awareness and emotional clarity
She helps clients build steadier relationships, reduce anxiety, process trauma safely, and find direction when life feels heavy or confusing.
What Counseling with Rachel Looks Like
Rachel follows a clear, supportive structure so clients and couples know what to expect in therapy.
Sessions 1 to 3
Clients or couples describe what has been difficult. Rachel helps clarify goals and offers an initial sense of direction.
Sessions 4 to 7
She guides clients through understanding emotional patterns, relational cycles, and the impact of trauma, grief, or anxiety. Couples begin recognizing their negative cycle using EFT, while individuals develop new coping tools and emotional understanding.
Sessions 8 to 11
Many clients and couples begin noticing meaningful shifts. Rachel reinforces progress, strengthens communication and emotional regulation skills, and supports ongoing healing.
Sessions 12 and beyond
Session frequency adjusts based on progress. Clients integrate changes into their daily life, and couples build lasting patterns of connection, communication, and support.
This structure helps clients feel grounded and informed throughout the process.
